NATURE CAMPING
Stadsboerderij De Sibbe has a small natural camp site for 15 tents, small campers or caravans. Our facilities are basic and easy going. We grow our own vegetables and there are lots of herbs and berries growing on the farm. We have a small farm shop with local products, such as dairy, eggs, cheese and vegetables.The camp field is surrounded by water and has beautiful views on the surrounding meadows. You can see the city of Sneek, but are still in the middle of nowhere. There are some sheep, chickens and horses living on the farm , including the gorgeous Friesian horses. There is plenty to see and do for kids, like climbing trees, help take care of the animals, play in the hay stack, finding frogs and getting dirty. There is a swing and a trampoline on site and there is a large fire pit to make a campfire.
THE SURROUNDINGS
The beautiful city of Sneek with its many terraces, shops and old buildings is only a few minutes by bike. You can swim in the Zwette (canal) within 5 minutes by bike. The Sneekermeer is 7 km away, where you can swim, sail and water ski. There are many restaurants within cycling distance that also deliver to the campsite. At 11 km is the most beautiful indoor tropical swimming paradise in the North (we think), SwimFun in Joure. Visit the 11 cities such as Sloten and Hindeloopen, go eat a fish in the picturesque Makkum, spend a day wind or kite surfing in Workum, rent a canoe or SUP board, there is a lot to do in beautiful Friesland.

We would love to have you as our guests! In 2022 we are open from 26 May (Ascension Day) until 4 September. There are 13 spots available for camping with tents, small campers and caravans.
